Display Issues with X5 on Windows 7

I tried searching this out, but don't seem to be using the correct terminology. If the answers to my questions are already out there, please send me in the correct direction.

I'm running:
X5 (haven't downloaded MU1 yet)
Dell T5400
NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 (Driver: 8.15.11.8593)
Windows 7
If other info is needed, just ask.

When moving the curser over solid (or surface) faces, the highlight seems to cover them in triangles & polygons until it is covered (I tried a screen capture but it won't "catch" it). And the extra animation takes a while to catch up to the curser. I can be done selecting multiple faces (or whatever I need) before the graphics catch up. Posted Image

Also when selecting toolpaths to edit or display (I prefer to have the "Only Display Selected Toolpaths" button toggled ON), it draws them Layer by Layer. That takes a while for more involved toolpaths. But if they are already selected and I click the "Toggle Display on Selected Operation" button, they appear and disappear without hesitation.  Posted Image

I was running X4 MU3 on Windows XP, with a older computer, and had none of these problems. These seem like graphics card related issues, but I don't think my card is lacking in power. Any suggestions? Posted Image

Thanks to all in advance!!

On an FX1800 card this driver also fixed random crashing, or black screen problems
