The CNC Curriculum - Single Set consists of two coil-bound books. The CNC Curriculum provides step-by-step instructions for designing each part, creating the toolpaths and generating G code (NC code). The Techno Instructions book then provides a setup sheet for each tutorial indicating material size and cutter size, information to fixture the part, work and tool offsets and how to ultimately machine the part. As the name implies, instructions in the Techno book were written for the Techno Davinci (and in later volumes, the Techno LC Servo) machines yet the principles presented can be extrapolated to other setups. A Techno post processor and all relevant Mastercam files are available for download as well.

For one low cost, the Site License extends photocopy rights to your institution. Rather than purchasing the Single Set for each student, this option allows for making as many copies of projects as required for your class. To facilitate the process, content is provided in 3-ring binders for easy page removal.

The Premium Site License is a complete turn-key solution offering everything the Site License has plus the Quick Fix Fixture. This fixture is comprised of a base component that accepts easily removable slide-in “cards” for individual projects. Once the fixture has been mounted to the machine it allows a variety of projects to be machined without having to remove the fixture or reset the work offset.* This is an excellent feature for busy classrooms with students working on different projects. Complete instructions for mounting the fixture are included.
