Trouble with Wire Frame Swept 2D toolpath

Trying to cut a cavity with a rad slotting cutter around a hub... Trying to use this tool path, but cannot get it to do what we need it to do. Seems to offset the tool dia. If you change tool dia to 0 it is closer to what we need. Anyone have any luck with this tool path and could shed some light it would be appreciated.

I used the Partial mode in the Chaining dialog, this may be where you are going wrong. I've attached another file that has some text to show you the order I picked the chains. I used Partial chaining for both shapes (and sync mode was set to "none"). By the way I selected the red chain first (that's the Across Contour).

 

I'm glad that your verify looked good, I think maybe I was thrown by the precision setting in my Verify which was in the middle. Looks better now I bumped the quality up :)
