I should know this, but does anyone have the complete list of surface toolpaths (old school and highspeed) that support undercutting.

All of the Advanced Multi-Axis do.

You can also use Surface/Rough/Pocket and turn off the roughing, this will give you the option of using an "Entry Point" .
