There should be a stock model "toolpath" in Router as there is one in Mill but it is not in any of the toolpath menus. It can still use rest machining toolpaths and calculate the stock model but there is no actual stock model toolpath with what i can see the visual comparison. Am i missing something?

Nope it has not made it over there yet. Use Mill it does the same thing as Router IMHO.

Which is weird, because from mastercam.com you would read out that router does have it.

It is now fully added in MU2. Download and see if works like you would want.

Router does have it before MU2 use the picture to be able to use it.
