Help with Generic Haas SL 4X MT_ Lathe post

Hi ,

How can I change my post to output G112 when I'm doing face milling or drilling, not sure if I have to have G17 as well. I tried to do a face drilling but somehow my main spindle turns on at the same time, don't know what would be cause of that.I started with Generic Haas SL 4X MT_ Lathe post.

MSL not sure is that machien follows with I have seen others do, but on some machines the main will run if the sub is running. To use G117 you need to look at the mi in the post and see if that is how you turn it on.

face drilling i just use mill drill from right view, set axis combination to c, face milling i use regular mill toolpaths not caxis contour or anything, and the on the misc integer pages turn on the g107/112 with a 1 it's mi4 in mpl post.if you attach your post i'll take a try at it seeing as how i just did that.

might be in the control def too. did you go in and enable g112?
