REDONDANT "COLLANT M8-M9"

Hi,

I'm having repeating coolant ON/OFF how do I fix it you guys know? Thanks.

 

PS: I programmed two toolpaths with same tool

It appears that you have 'scoolant' in your rapid postblock. Or you are using x-style coolant that is being read in the rapid postblock.

 

Without seeing the prapid block, it is my best guess.

If you find 'scoolant' or 'scoolantx' in prapidout, plinout, or pcirout... remove it.

The source of the problem is in your mcx file. Something in your toolpath is turning the coolant off then on again. Maybe select all toolpaths, and edit common parameters to turn coolant on. This should fix the problem.

I removed the scoolant at RAPIDOUT then at the end of the Z.1 does not have M9

I would suggest running through the debug module, so you can see which area of the post is active at the M5 line. That is where you need to insert the above code.

You may want to force the coolant at the end of toolpath, like this in pretract:

 

	 coolant$ = zero
	 *scoolant, e$
