C-Axis on Mazak QTS-200M

Hello,

I'm trying to post a c-axis program and I'm getting rather strange large C moves.

When I run the program the spindle dosent move when it should be making the proper c-axis moves.

This is the first time I've posted a C-axis program with this post.

Clearly I dont have something set correctly in my md.

I'm using the proper MD for this machine, its labled "Mazak QTS 200M", but, not real comfortable editing machine defs and post.

Any ideas from you lathe masters out there?

....Keith

Go to you machine Def and double click on the lathe spindle, then you can try and modify the continuous axis type and see if that helps. I'm not exactly sure what your trying to cut, but sometimes for contouring you need to use signed continuous. But again, I'm not really sure what you're trying to do.
