X8 Dynamic Xform / Dynamic WCS not snapping to increments

I use the Dynamic Gnomon thing all the time since it came out and it has always snapped to 90s for me now that doesn't seem to work any more, also with the WCS I used to set a dynamic WCS name it and it would switch to that WCS for me, also now it doesn't do that either I can work around these issues pretty easy but if its just a simple fix I would be open to any answers. try this if you set lets say the X around the Z move the mouse into the inside of the rotation notch and it will snap to the 90° but if you pull the cursor out side the radial radii it will not and give you all kinds option and you can type what you want to snap to Geometry.

There is allot more power to it now.

Remember you can just start typing in a value. I cannot get it to snap like it use to either so just now type my values in.

Like Jay said, it only snaps inside the "handles." It took me a few tries to get used to it.

Yes I finally wrapped my brain what that meant. In this case that is inside of clock that shows the ticks or angles of adjustment.
