Editing X+

I just downloaded X+ and really like the html format.  However, at my shop, our tool lists report the tools in descending order and only once.  I see that X+ prints out the tool every time it is used.  That's not really how we print our tool lists / setup sheets.  Any one know how to do this.  I am terrible at editing posts and I am sure I won't be able to figure this one out.  Not to mention my boss doesn't give me anytime to learn this stuff either.

Thanks Ron!
Everything I do in X+ is via Excel and macros.
Basically, X+ populates Sheet 1, then I create other sheets, populate, and format via VB macros.

Here is a snippet of the code to sort tools in tool # order, format, etc...
The duplicates are removed by a previous macro before I do this.

 Range("D5").Select
   ActiveSheet.Range("D5", ActiveSheet.Range("B65536").End(xlUp)).Select
   ActiveSheet.Range("A5").CurrentRegion.WrapText = True
    'ActiveSheet.Range("A5").CurrentRegion.Rows.AutoFit

                            'Lets now sort by tool number, lowest to highest
   Range("I87").Select
   ActiveSheet.Range("I5", ActiveSheet.Range("A65536").End(xlUp)).Select
    Selection.Sort Key1:=Range("A5"), Order1:=xlAscending, Header:=xlGuess, _
        OrderCustom:=1, MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, _
        DataOption1:=xlSortNormal
        Frame
     With Selection
        .VerticalAlignment = xlCenter
        .HorizontalAlignment = xlCenter
        '.Font.FontStyle = "Bold"
    End With

    Range("B87").Select
    ActiveSheet.Range("B5", ActiveSheet.Range("B65536").End(xlUp)).Select
    With Selection
    .HorizontalAlignment = xlLeft
    End With

    Range("D87").Select
    ActiveSheet.Range("D5", ActiveSheet.Range("D65536").End(xlUp)).Select
    With Selection
    .HorizontalAlignment = xlLeft
    End With

    Range("A87").Select
    ActiveSheet.Range("A5", ActiveSheet.Range("A65536").End(xlUp)).Select
    With Selection
       .Font.FontStyle = "Bold"
    End With
    Selection.Interior.ColorIndex = 37

    Range("E87").Select
    ActiveSheet.Range("E5", ActiveSheet.Range("G65536").End(xlUp)).Select
    Selection.Interior.ColorIndex = 22
