Swiss programming

We just purchased a new Citizen / Cincom A20-VII swiss lathe & I'm looking into programming options. The machine has x, y, z, & c axes on the main and x, z, & c on the sub spindle. I'm waiting on a quote from my MC reseller & I have requested a quote from PartMaker, is there anyone else I should consider? Everyone I've talked with locally uses Partmaker & seem happy with it. Is anyone using MCs Swiss Expert?

We use Esprit or the Abile (Tsugami) software here. We just worked out a partner agreement with Partmaker but we haven't had any training yet. As far as Esprit, They are top notch for our Tsugami needs.

I've used both Partmaker and Swiss Expert. In my opinion Partmaker is a much superior product.

 

Swiss Expert works with solid models only, which you cannot create inside of SE, so right there that makes offline programming of simple parts a two-software deal. Mastercam has only owned Swiss Expert for a few years (it was previous SylvieXpert) and they're trying to transform it into an English version but there are language mishaps abound.
