Multi-Passes, Depth Cuts notice

Hello every one,

    In most shop "COMMUNICATION" between the setup man and PROGRAMMER is often occur.   Therefore, I made the post spits out the MULTI-PASSES and DEPTH OF CUTS so he knows exactly of what I do.  See below of my sample code.

 

   If you guys are interested in this, I will post all of the codes of how I do it.  I think it is time to give back to this forum a bit of my knowledge incase you guys think it is a good idea.

 

PS: Remember this G-CODE is only sample not to REAL PART, so the number of DEPTH CUTS and MULTI-PASSES are not making sense.

You know how crunchy of the operators are, they are willing to SCREAM the entire shop when they see feed rate is F200. where I step over only 10% of the tool.

 

 

Letting the post spits out what STEP OVER i am going for, the operator will understand what I want in the program and be ensure when he knows how much he can hold the part strong or weak.

 

 

I have to create more codes and as long as the COMMUNICATION between the setup man and the programmer, why not do it?

 

 I just love to avoid argument and doubtful.
