Any idea why this would come up when using Generic Haas VF-TR_Series 5X Mill post (MP 14.0).

Programming 3+2.

I'm Getting G55's on every WCS even when trying to use G54,G55, and G56.

Also tried to change axis lock/unlock from M13/M12 to M69/M68.

I tried changing the CD, Misc Integer = nothing

I tried changing POST, "use_frst_wcs" no vs. yes = nothing

I tried an older post = same result

I haven't programmed 3+2 since we recently changed from X6 to X8.

I have tweeked our 4-axis Vert and our 4-axis Horz posts to get what I want from them.

Just not having luck with the 5-axis post.

I appreciate any assistance.

Thanks,

tim

Thanks, i'll try that

edit

Copied the psb file, and that worked.

Now have to start tweeking the post to get what I need/want.

Is there a newer Post available before I start changing this one?

I have the MPmaster for the other machines and really like some of the optons you have with that post.

I don't really care for the way it outputs the tool descriptions in this one.

The last edit was:

# CNC 03/31/11  -  Added tooltable output option (see tool_info initialization) and header output
#               -  Added unclamp in protretinc if frc_cinit & use_clamp are enabled
