Threadmilling Bug?

anyone having issues with threadmilling in X9? i just scrapped a ss part trying to mill 3/4" - 14 npt internal threads. i input the 14 threads per inch and the taper angle and everything else just fine. post code and try it at machine. no good. go back to computer and check everything and the 14 threads per inch is 16 threads per inch. reset to 14 and post. try it at machine all fine. come back and save my file and it is set to 16 again. can't get it to stay at anything other than 16. i tried everything. no go. even a fresh file. please help.

Just repeated what you did and did not get any problem with tread mill and single point thread mill. Everything works fine.

are you using the new threadmill tool

if so, is it's pitch properly defined?

gcode I think you got it. it was a single point cutter but when I drew it I just made it 1/16" thick not 1/14" thick. I did not think that would have affected how it was programmed. but I guess I need to try it with a cutter drawn correctly and see if that fixes the problem.
