Which is the best toolpath to machine this part ?

My question is how big is the part and how many do you have to make. If it's small or of reasonable size, you might use a sign plate and cut it as a straight contour...  Also depends on material...  Too many variables.  Could you expand on what you're trying to do?  Material, size and what not.

Like Myth said many ways to cut that part.

Need a lot more information before someone can help you.

Part is .25 in diameter I would take a included angle endmill and take a contour cut and be done with it on a 3 Axis machine.

I could turn it 90 deg and side cut it on an angle.

I could mount it and angle on a angle plate and face mill it.

I could take it over to a belt send and grind it off.

I could take a file and file it.

I could put in a EDM and wire it off.

I could take a slitting saw and cut it off.

I could take it to a saw and cut it close then set back up in a mill and machine it to finish size.

All of which could or could not use a certain Mastercam toolpath.

Yea bud, if you can give some details and we can give more help. Material being cut, tooling, machine limitations, process anything helps but we would be guessing so much with what you have told us. I can think of a handful of ways to cut a part like the one in the picture but I cant make any recommendations with just a picture.
