Change MCam window size takes forever

I am still using MaxterCam X6 MU2.

My computer:

Intel® Xeon ® CPU  W3450 @ 2.93 GHz  - 6GB Memory - 64-bit OS

Graphics Card:

NVicia Quadro FX 3800 - Total memory 3838 MB - 1920 x 1200 (recommended) resolution with Medium - 125% setting to change the size of my text.

 

I don't use MasterCam except to go back and change parts that were previously programmed in MasterCam. Lately I have been doing a lot of that. I just started haveing this problem. When I move my MasterCam window between monitors it takes 10 - 15 seconds to come back up. If I minimize or maximize the window I get the same lag time. If I make the window smaller I have to wait but then I can drag it back and forth with no lag time. But when I maximize it I have to wait again. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this. My IT guy is stumped.
