Many times. You need a single "floor" surface that basically sets the orientation of the tool. (Tool will stay normal to the floor.) All other surfaces are "wall" surfaces. This is true even if your part has a "boss" on the floor. Select all "Boss" surfaces as "Wall" surfaces. Sometimes you need to take your single surface and "untrim" the hole for the boss (even though you are keeping the boss surfaces).

 

It is sweet. Make sure you check out the "Dynamic" option, and don't just use the standard "offset" method!
