Need urgent planes help.

So, in esprit if I make a tplane that matches TopTopTop except is 180 about z to force table rotation so that I can reach the rest of a part in a table/head machine I get the appropriate c180. Move and then the "linear" code is correct.

In mcam, I did the same thing. Created a plane 180 about z and called it C180. So I have a 2d path on TopC180C180. I get the C180. position move but the code is as if TopTopTop! How do I make this code turn with the plane???

Found this with a soft limit alarm. Part is sitting in the machine.

I have contacted reseller who contacted post developer.

Any really quick help?

Thank you, I'm getting the C180. rotation but the "linear" code is as if from TOPTOPTOP.  I created plane named C180 using dynamic planes, clicked the origin, clicked the spinner and typed in 180, hit enter to accept.

Plane is correct.

I just fingered out a work around, I used Transform toolpath using the Tplane option.  It gives the C180. rotary and the proper code.  Having said that, i have to add and ghost add and ghost.  I want it to work correctly.

Big giant shout out to the CNC Mastercam team!  Also a big shout out to my reseller CAD/CAM, Brian and Steve who always respond to me with in minutes of sending an email.  Having said that, they couldn't resolve an issue and I sent a quick email to Dave Conigliaro who was already helping me with another issue.  As you can tell my back was against the wall on this one as the machine was down and my Esprit way of thinking wasn't getting me there.  Dave quickly responded and put his team on the issue and Jesse Trinque fired back in a super fast way with a solution that gives me the proper output from my post with out edits and with out having to transform any tool paths or any additional work beyond creating the plane as normal.

I'd like to publicly express my gratitude as Dave and the team at CNC knew I was waiting on a solution and came thru in a major way!  By the time it was all said and done I had ZERO downtime on the machine as a result of the issue because I was able to skip to another side of the part.  To try to give an idea as to the speed of the response I found the issue with a soft limit alarm 8am, emailed CAD/CAM at about 8:02am and Dave at 8:08am.  We went on to running another side of the part and by 1pm I had a solution that met my needs and was easy to boot!

I can't say enough for how the team at CNC came thru on this one for me!  I was shocked by the response time and quality of service and how willing every one was to help!

Dave, Jesse, I'll vouch for you guys any time!

For the others in the community who have table/head machines I'll post a sample file and the solution once I can strip proprietary items from it.

Dave, Jesse, you guys have no idea how this made my day!!!

Many thanks and credit where it's due!

Thank you gentlemen!
