3d contour with arcs

It's not surfacng. It's a perfect radius and center of ball. The middle i finish with a parallel path but the width has a -0./+.002 tolerance so i want cc. It works and outputs arc and it runs fine in the machine but backplot is whacky and verify will not run it at all.

I guess it's like axis sub, you just have to accept that it looks wrong and runs right.

Kick your tolerance down to .0001 and then move you slider to 95% and see what you get for NC output. I had .001 and was getting bad results off a sample I was putting together to show you how I would go about it. When I kicked it down to the tolerance and move the slider here is the output I got.

See if this looks like what you were trying to accomplish on the side.

I would do the center like you want using the walls as check surfaces and then do the side walls like this and call it a day.

I looked at your file this morning. I posted using the .001 and got the same results you did. I changed it to .0001 regenerated the toolpaths using a Postability Post and got what I would consider good code. If you do it with .0001 and still get the same results change to a generic machine and see if you still get the same thing. Odd one you are fighting and something I would send in to your dealer or to posts (at) mastercam (dot) com as a .z2g file with mmd/cmd/pp and let either your dealer or them get to the bottom of.

Ron, Jay, Matt, thanks for the input guys.  I can not run wear, too big of a change to existing ways of the shop.  Ron, when I set it to 0.0001 I still get one op (op7) that is giving fits.  I would really like to not have to do any hand edits... I'm too freakin busy.  I'll look at it again tonight.  I did not try posting with another post.  However, posted code looks good regardless of backplot/verify.  In fact, it's been running.  I just want to know why mcam will not work properly with it.  For Ron tho, I did not get any arc until I cranked it to 0.0001in total tolerance.  That totally baffles me.  Guess I am thinking wrong about that slider.  I well play with it some tonight.

Thank you gentlemen.
