COOLANT ON OUTPUT

How can I move my coolant on command on first linear move or so

Now  my M08 on total useless  location : 

 

Code I getting now is:

 

 G0 G17 G20 .......

 M08

  T5M6

 M01

 

G0 G17 G90 X......   Y.......     M03

 Z1

..........................................

 So as you can see  M08 output  before t tool change

 Which is make coolant on command absolutely useless
