2017 OP Manager Bug

I'm fairly certain I found a bug in the new OP manager behavior.

2017 Behavior (BAD)

-Choose the "only display selected toolpaths" option

-Select a toolpath, display updates. great.

-select the red insertion arrow and 2017 will select the operation directly above the arrow and display that toolpath(BAD)*

*this means you cannot clear the toolpath display without using the "toggle display" option(hotkey T), and if you do that, the display will clear but you cannot show the path again using hotkey-T, because you have "only display selected toolpaths" option on. It's a messy blend of two different methods.

X9 Behavior (GOOD!)

-Choose the "only display selected toolpaths" option

-Select a toolpath, display updates. Yay!

-select the red insertion arrow and X9 will choose the arrow, and clear the display of all toolpaths(AWESOME).

I think it's a bug and a serious annoyance for me. I'm used to clicking the red arrow to clear my display of all toolpaths.

Hello Jaydenn,

This was discussed a white ago over on the other forum (Link).

Here's what I replied with over there:

Hey Gents,

This "bit" me before as well..  Here's the story I got on it:  The red arrow was never supposed to be selectable, and it has caused a few problems over the years (mostly with drag & drop rearranging & copy/pasting ops).  For 2017 the "glitch" was fixed.
To emulate the same functionality, you have to choose something that is selectable, such as the "Properties - Machine xxx" line.

Hope this helps!
