I have seen this, chances are you have a reamer in a tool path, if it's a 1/4 reamer you'll find it has a 1/4 in chamfer on it. That's what I've been seeing.

Just a heads up, I upgraded Win 7 to Win 10. MasterCam came to a crawl. Check your program properties and turn off Win 7 compatability mode. MasterCam is zipping right along now.

I've used it, works well. I try and use it when possible. This path used to take 5 min per part in the lathe to bore them out, I can make 2 in a touch over 2 min, then off to the lathe to finish the OD and outside radius's. Total per part is about 2 1/2 min. I was pleased with the whole operation.
