  1. I wanna know who programming stuff with these automatique feature recognition ?? The pros and cons.... Thanks
  2. I have a LANG clean-tec chip fan and I want to know what RPM are you running it... I try it at 6000 rpm and 8000 rpm but its not seem to be more effective at 8000... I have the 260mm
  3. Is It necessary to engage the break (M10-M12) on the A and B axis for positioning machining only ??? The VF4 with trunion I have, make always some small plastic piece and no effort is needed. I want to release break on these axis to improve machining time. It's 5% losing time to engage and release break. Is It ok to do machining without break ?? Thanks
  4. I know G93 is time based...and my post is ok to run G93 on the machine HASS VF3 with Trunion. I just want a know if my method is ok to ajust feed with Mastercam. Tell me if i'm not clear enough.
  5. In Multiaxis mode with the G93 active, the feed is a little bit too fast but in linear (G94) it is ok because it's ajustable in the tool page. I tried to play with the max. distance in cut pattern page but I don't know if it's the right way to do it ... How do you control the feedrate in G93 ?? Mastercam 2017 Swarf Milling Feature
  6. NIAGARA CUTTER 1/8 diamater Ball-end 1/8 LOC P/N:57489 list price 14.93$ Try it !!!
  7. stainless = full coolant.... try niagara cutter STABILIZER-HT ALTIN in a weldon holder. VERY IMPRESSIVE 8%-10% coolant can optimize your tool life.
