FTP Instructions

We're using Jayson 'cadcam' Kramer's FTP Site for eMastercam.com file uploads.  Thanks to Jayson for his generosity, time, and resources.

Uploading an MCX file and providing a link along with your question will make it much easier for other Members to assist you.

Guidelines:

1) Don't create folders in the root directory.
2) Please put all files in the appropriate directory.
3) IPs are tracked.  Inappropriate use of the FTP site will result in a report to your ISP.

Step by step instructions:

-Click on this link to open cadcam's FTP site
-Bookmark the link or add it to your Favorites list
-With another Windows Explorer window open drag your file on to the FTP Explorer window.
-Use a link to your file location in your message, or specify the filename and note that it's on cadcam's FTP site.
-To download a file from the FTP site, right click on the file and select "Copy To Folder..." and then specify the folder to place the file.

Connection Problems with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6:

-In Internet Explorer's menu, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options"
-Click on the "Advanced" tab of the Internet Options dialog
-Uncheck the "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)" checkbox
-Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
