Wins Ease-Of-Use Award
Mastercam has been awarded the 2000 Achievement Award for User-Friendliness.
This award, presented to CNC Software, Inc. during IMTS 2000, is based on reader responses
from American Machinist, American Machinist's Metalworking Distributor and American Machinist Online.
This prestigious award recognizes Mastercam as having superior ease of use and
high-quality support.

"We asked readers to indicate
outstanding suppliers of both NC equipment and software. The responses were overwhelming,
both on the internet and from the magazines," says Thomas Grasson, Editor of American
Machinist.
Grasson added that a number of factors go into the User-Friendliness Award.
"It encompasses a number of things, " he says, "from ease of programming a
machine tool to eliminating the need to consult the user manual every 5 minutes."
Grasson adds that "respondents were very clear in explaining the importance of
working with a supplier who is willing to go out of his way to help produce parts quickly
and easily - on time and within budget." |

This award represents the opinion of thousands of NC Shops that were polled via fax and
