The Mastercam X7 Multiaxis eCourse is intended for the advanced Mastercam user looking to learn Mastercam Multiaxis programming. A firm grasp on both 2D and 3D machining is required and can be attained by completing the Mill Level 1 and Mill Level 3 Training Tutorials or eCourses.

The Intro to Multiaxis eCourse covers the different applications that are available by configuring the Rotary Axis Control page including: Rotary axis positioning and Axis substitution. It also covers the Multiaxis Classic family toolpaths: Rotary, Curve, Swarf, Flow, and Msurf. A special tutorial is dedicated to teaching how to drill and circle mill holes using Multiaxis toolpaths. Specific parameters such as Cut patterns, Tool Axis Control, Limits, Collision Control, Linking and more are described in detail.

We also describe how to verify the toolpaths using the new Machine Simulation module that combines toolpath backplot mode and material removal mode with collision detection.

Below you will find an overview of the eCourse video content organized by tutorial and respective video segments. Each tutorial will walk you through creating geometry, applying then verifying toolpaths and generating G-Code for a machinable part. This course will take approximately 10 hours to complete.

Note: The free home learning edition/demo software for this course has expired. You can still watch the videos and read the eBook but you will not be able to follow along unless you own a licensed version of Mastercam.

Excellent !

  • These videos were Useful for Mastercamers ( Disciples Of Mastercam softwares ) and
  • These will form the concepts and Ideas in the mind before executing each lesson

after I washed all these videos , I have one suggestion : Mastercam-Team should make  videos and ebooks of designing All models used in all these lessons

and then  keep them separately as mastercamX7 designing model course , It will be perfect courses for MastercamX7
