M00 using same tool between ops

Is there a post setting that if I select an M00 before an operation using the same tool as previous operation that the M00 will be posted. If I Force tool change it works, but then force tool change gets locked on for all operations after wards, unless I remember to turn it off. I would like to think M00 before Operation would post an M00 before the operation no matter what tool is being used.

thank you

You can use Manual Unit to output whatever you key in it.  I do this all the time:

M00 (check blah blah blah)

or

M00 (Matt, I know you never check parts so check this dia)

Any way, very useful for sending info to the fingers fingering the control panel.
