Is is possible to dock an mcdialog in mastercam?

I have been reading up on mfc and doing many tests. I am looking for a solutions to dock any type of user defined window to mastercam in an effort to fill the demand for traditional drop down menus in mastecam. At my company we are currently using mastercam 2018, so we do not have access to the insertthirdpartyribbon() (new) or inserthirdpartymenu() (old) I would like to know if there is a possibility using the public sdk to dock a third party mfc window to mastercam before I spend more time working on this.
