tool_info Help.

Hello!

I am currently using Generic Okuma 4x Mill and it does not have the tool_info. I was wondering if i could get some help in adding it into my post processor. Attached is a screen shot from MPFAN.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you search through the header for other "tool table" options? (Possible it has a different switch name?)

Look for: 'tooltable$' (I think that is the spelling). When set to "1" or "3", we call the pre-read loop. 

(Calls 'pwrtt$', and allows you to filter on 'null' tool changes, by checking if 't$' is greater than 0. (MP signs t$ negative during pwrtt$ processing, if a tool number repeats.))

If I'm speaking what sounds like greek to you, then I would suggest starting with a fresh MPMaster, and just modifying that for your needs.

There is also the Tech Exchange, where you can download a copy of the updated Okuma 4X Posts. Any of the "OEM" Genos or MB Posts should have a ton of updates, including CALLOO88, either "Hi‐Cut Pro" or "SuperNURBS" support.

I downloaded the post off of the Tech Exchange, it works fine i'm just trying to figure out how to add the tool info.
