Peck tapping on Haas VF-4

I need to tap 6 , 1/2"x13 holes in 3/4" 304 stainless steel. I selected TAP with a feed rate of 1.0 and a spindle speed of 13 RPM  with flood coolant selected. 1st hole tapped fine , but the tap broke off in the 2nd hole. I read the Haas has a peck tap feature, but I can't find it in Mastercam. Has anyone used peck tap before?

6 holes, I'd threadmill.  Much safer than tapping.
