eCourse video not loading

Have about 30 parts to run with an hour cycle time each, so, I decided to use my run time wisely and purchased the 2020 Mastercam Lathe Essentials eCourse. Awesome, right? Wrong. After downloading the ebook in the course introduction, there was no "Getting Started" video showing up in the browser window, just a big empty space where it should exist. After multiple tries of refreshing the page and making sure that I didn't need to further verify my purchase, it just finally appeared and allowed me to watch it and move on to Tutorial 1. Except, now, same problem! Video wasn't appearing, finally shows up after multiple refreshes, but it won't play. I'm not trying to have this battle every time I advance to the next section in the course, so any help is appreciated.
