I worked for MIT, screen shot of license attached but let me know if you need more proof of the license I am more than happy to provide it. Thank you very much for your help

No need to edit the post. Just add a point toolpath before the Threading operation as a ref check and the toolpath will output correctly.

So, you "worked for" MIT (past tense?), and you are currently using a VPN Tunnel to access their NetHasp?

This seems a little fishy. If you were working for MIT, I know for a fact that the Educational Division of CNC Software would be willing to help edit your Post, so that the school's machine would be running with Mastercam.

It seems in your case, that you are using the MIT license, while trying to setup and program a machine that is not a school resource. I'm not trying to accuse you here, I'm just pointing out some red flags that I see.

If that isn't correct - if the machine you are programming for is actually an asset of MIT and you are doing work for the school programs - then I would be happy to assist with your Post issues. However, if you are using the school's educational resources to support a separate commercial endeavor, then you would need to purchase an industrial license of the Mastercam software, and would need to get Post Processor Support from your industrial Mastercam Reseller.

If you are indeed legitimately working on school projects, then I would suggest contacting: [email protected] and explaining your situation. They would absolutely be able to assist an legitimate request for help from a school. But the burden would be on you to prove that you are working on educational, not commercial, projects.

I expect if there was an issue here the moderators would have flagged it right away, since he provided an mcx file.

Correction: I am working for MIT.

If I am no longer work at MIT, I can not log in to MIT's VPN to access Mastercam license. .

Thank you for your suggestion and Have a good day!

Still doesn't answer the question of is what he is working on actually supporting MIT (given MITs direct access to masteram corporate) or a supplemental income stream for himself, which question seems to have been evaded.

 Hello 5th Axis CGI,

thank you very much for your help. but instead of add another toolpath before a threading toolpath, open threading tothpath parameters, check the box "ref point" and gcode post out correctly too. without your help, I never though of this option. I greatly appreciate your help.
