Mastercam Demo/HLE 2020 stuck at Running command line commands...

Hi,

Today is the third day I'm trying to fix this problem. I hope you guys can share your knowledge with me...

I downloaded Mastercam Demo/HLE 2020 and after successful installation, it stucks in a restart loop.  When I first open it, it crashes at startup exactly when it shows "Running command line commands..."

Then it shows  the "Mastercam Crash Reporting" window behind the startup logo. Regardless of submitting the error and clicking OK or closing the window by hitting X, it restarts the program and loop starts. (Attached screenshot)

Unfortunately, "/NoHardwareAcceleration" didn't work for me.

And there is no options for Graphics Support under Advanced Configuration menu. The "MastercamLauncher.exe"also doesn't open as it needs HASP (which I downloaded and installed)

I also installed "Sentinel Runtime" without luck...

And I'm running on Win10 Pro

Intel Core i7 4720HQ

16GB DDR3 RAM

and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M with 4GB dedicated memory.

I also have an integrated graphic card but I don't use it with Mastercam and switched it to GeForce in NVIDIA control panel.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Did you create a shortcut for the no hardware acceleration option?

Btw your computer specs sound good enough for mastercam.

What does it say in the mclogr?

Thanks for the reply!

I didn't create the shortcut. Just modified the one installer makes.

Here's the logger:

Hmm, I don't see the crash event in the logr.

I would try reinstalling, I would also try running as administrator if possible. Did you download the hle from this site?

If so your best bet would probably be to shoot Ihs an email I think its [email protected] as they know how to best troubleshoot these kind of issues.

I download the HLE from Mastercam website. But the file itself was hosted by hubspot.net

I uninstall and reinstalled it many times. without antivirus, firewall, with exception in firewall, in safe mode, using driver signature check disabled, fresh windows, ect.

I can't be the only one who's facing this problem...

I'll try sending an email, fingers crossed.

Thanks again!
