Ive milled pure tungsten. It wasn't bad customer requirement had millet dry and actually ran quite well I used CID tools I guess I would say 80 to 150 surface feet.

Copper will probably make it a lot more abrasive

I’ve done a fair amount of small electronic packaging out of this stuff. For endmills I used 4fl Altin or Tialn coated. 150-200 SFM IIRC. 
 High copper content isn’t bad at all like 70/30 or 80/20 WCu. It’s a tad abrasive. 90/10 is very abrasive. The higher copper alloys I’ve drilled with regular Hss no problem but the 90/10 wore out the corners pretty badly.

What % tungsten? This makes a big difference.

As stated before I've ran a fair bit of tungsten (no copper) and it ran pretty well.  I had the best luck with the YG1 Powdered Metal end mills.  Especially for the 3d work with ball mills.

I mill copper-tungsten on a regular basis as well as tellurium-copper electrodes, 350sfm will do well.
