For machine sim? Or for the Machine definition that is not tied back to the Machine sim or even has any effect on any toolpath in Mastercam? Please give some more detail.

Not for Machine Simulation.

when i set xyz limit in Machine Kinematics in .mmd file. it doesn't shows any effect when toolpath creation or Nc code.

That is correct the best way it to make a level with the travel limits drawn in wireframe. You can then turn it on and off as need be. Programming in Mastercam requires the programmer to be kinematically aware for the software. I have a RAH process right now where I have the RAH head on  alimited C Axis machine molded up at the C0 position. I then have it modeled up at the C-200 and C+200 position. I have drawn the +200 and -200 arc with solid cones as arrow to help me know which was it positive and negative.

Machinesim is a great tool for checking travel limits and other thing and I recommend you get your dealership integrating the Modeuleworks process into the Post Processors. Then you get a very good process to checking for over travels and other things that best represent what the real machine will see. Not 100%, but know of many customer programming their 5 Axis machine using this process with good results.
