If you use that file I uploaded you need to change the tip comp back to tip from center on the Tool Parameters page otherwise it will post wrong

and your operator will get a nasty surprise

 

Thats great, dont want to have to purchase 5axis just to do an undercut

On the Surface Finish Contour program I used the Direction check box and set the Plunge Angle to 0, XY Angle to 0 and Plunge Length to .25 for both Plunge Direction and Retract Direction. It allowed me to lead into the under cut without hitting the part.

If you wanted to get real trick you could set them at 120 and -120 using cut direction and have it go towards the inside. That is the beauty of direction it is like lead in/out for old school surface toolpaths. Linking parameters in the new surfacing toolpaths just don't give us this kind of control.
