MasterCAM 2019 "current toolpath is not for 4-axis machine" 

Can someone explain to me what this message is trying to tell me?

It means you have probably made a 5 Axis toolpath and need to use 4 Axis in the Axis controls for the toolpath.

or you have made a 3 axis toolpath and your tool plane for that operation is not aligned perfectly with the Z axis of your Mastercam file

In that case you would need to project the geometry using :

1.

tranform -> project -> z0.0

-> select all the wireframe and 3d model

 

Or tranlsate the geometry using:

2.

-> transform -> translate to plane

-> select the circle button

-> choose a face to align with a plane.

Or create a WCS off that geometry and use that WCS for all 3 Planes in the operation.
