If I call OPMGR_INIT multiple times in a row, from the operation_manager() without calling OPMGR_ADD, the file becomes corrupted.

It's not really a problem unless someone made a mistake.

The characters on the manager turn to Japanese, and the buffered operations might be inserted into the manager, without being called.
