Machining inclined groove with T slot

hi all i have this part showen in the picture , i wonder what is the suitable tool path strategy  to finish it using a standard T slot tool .

i dont want use surface finish contour because it will not be a beautiful finish ! 

what other finish strategy that can consider under cut tool ?

you could use surface finish flowline or surface finish contour, maybe some others.

To me if a form tool is used or even a t slot cutter the tool axis vector needs to be kept perpendicular to the floor or you'll "wash" out the form behind the tool.

That's what I visualize as what can happen. Is this something that is being considered?

5 axis machine required to keep the tool normal to the groove floor.

Probably you will need to try and produce the slot 'normal' to the Z axis, then incline the part and face to produce the helix, even this way will cause the form to be incorrect.  If an undercutting tool starts at the highest point (right side) and moves around and down to the left, the cutter will cut in front of it and behind it to produce a bad form.
A 5 axis move to get at the undercuts, but that would require a weak tool I feel?

If you don't have a 5 axis and the groove bottom is flat you can use a sine vise on top of a sine plate but the top walls will need to be surfaced with an undercutting type cutter.
