Problem with Verify in 2021

I have a multi step part that I had done in 2020 and brought the part into 2021 when I ran Verify on it I received this message

All my planes are set correctly and it verified with no problems in 2020. Can anyone advise me what might be causing this. When I run simulator I am getting gouges in the part where it is moving from one plane to the next

When you launch simulation goto file/ options and change the Simulation engine to 5-axis

I would like to add that this is being done conventionally in 3 axis using fixturing for the latter operations.

The 5-axis is just for simulation purposes, it takes into account the different planes being used for different ops, i.e, top front side etc.

I don't know why but the 3 axis option will only simulate the 1st plane, or one plane only. Hence the message you are getting.
