Does anyone know how I can create a mcam-content file for a specific machines  definition, control and post?  I need to install new posts on 25 different computers and I'd like to create these files so that my students can do it easily on their home computers as well

Make the file structure like you want and zip it. Then change the extension to .mcam-content and you have made your own file. You can add the extension to Winzip or 7-zip to have it open them for you, but creating them I think requires a utility I don't have. The file structure is the important part for creating the files. Might check out the official site and see if there is something there.
