CUTTER COMPENSATION

Hello Guys,

 

I am using Macam since 2015 almost 6 years. I am programming for lathe machine. Here i have question. i have 3D tool in MCam and programs for bushing. but have problem with front/back  chamfer in id and od. both are changes not giving right dims as i programed. mostly its gave small/large chamfer with maintaining angle. Does any one know how can proceed to correct it.

Look at this pics  id and od chain. I tried with using G41 and G42 but its was disappointed. 

does any one have idea. As this chamfer are really critical for our business.

It looks like you are chaining on the wrong side, the arrows (right pic) should be pointing left and down.

In the chain manager right click and change side.
