Curve between two line not on same plane

Im trying to make a model of a sheet metal part and I need to create an arc between two lines that are not on the same plane. I tries arc 2 entities but got this!

Create a plane using from Solid face if the face of a solid edge. If not suing a solid and using wireframe then use 2 lines from each edge to make the plane and try to make the arc that way. All else fails I will make 2 solids then Boolean add and then do a solid fillet and try that. Many ways to get what your after.

you are trying to go for the impossible . the two lines must be in the same plane.  its spline blend after that .
