Micro Threading Bar on Okuma LB3000 EXII MYW

Good day!

I am going to be using a Micro 100 threading bar (ITL-050200X) which has a .022" neck, to do some threading in 4140 HTSR. Has anyone used a bar this small on an LB? I'm wondering if there's a cutting mode that works well for a bar this small?

Speed and depth of cut will be your biggest issues here. I don't  think the cycle will matter as much. I would try to use one that zig-zags the thread depth verses going one one wall like we normally do on a conventional style threading.
