Disappearing tool library

Ours seems to get randomly deleted.

 

It's on the server and used by 6 computers.

 

It is about 2Kb in size but sometimes ends up at 196 bytes after it disappears. It only started happening after a new employee but it has happened when he wasn't there also.

 

Anyone experience similar?

Sounds like that new employee has a bug in his firmware

No, but I have accidently overwritten it using a function I thought would add tools into my selected library, perhaps this is happening.

Is this happening after 2022?

I'm thinking this is it. one would think they would save a separate library to pull into another part but who knows.

Tool library is a body of work with high value. I always have multiple copies in multiple locations, I have done this since the beginning, even when I was the only one programming.
