By default; all of the Moduleworks 5X Paths only use "First Lead In", and "Last Lead Out".

You have to enable the "lead in/out" option, on the Default Links, Small/Large Gap settings.

What is a "Gap" in Mastercam?

> A "Gap" is any break in the toolpath motion. It can be "between passes", it can be "end of last pass > to start of next pass", or it can be a "physical break" in the path, like a hole in the surface.

With the MW paths, you have a setting that lets you "set the gap distance", either as a percentage of Tool Diameter, or as a physical distance. I prefer to use the "distance" setting, when playing around with motion. That way I know where the delineation is between "small gap" and "large gap".
