G42 Cutter Comp Left on Sub Spindle?

Is G42 the correct output for Cutter Comp left when face milling on sub spindle of my Y AXIS Lathe? 

I have Left selected and verify looks right, but mastercam is posting out a G42.

First time for me...

It is on our Mazak i-300ST.

Output "orientation" is controlled by   

"Machining position turret/spindle settings" 

in the post. You could check and confirm your machine set up corresponds to the settings in this section.
