It's not not mapped in the 6070 parameters

It is for the laser tool setter. It'll work and then randomly hangs up on m314.

I just started working again and then hangs up again.

Look at page 449 in the 30i volume 1 operator's manual.  16.9.8 for some light reading. I haven't used that macro code but you can see if the parameters are being used.

I believe that MCode turns on latch mode for the tool measurement system. So, I would make sure to invoke tool breakage mode (M87???) first then try it.

We called them this morning.  The old macros were still in there so it would grab the wrong one if you were in a different directory.

M314, M315, and M316 are the various Latch Mode M-Codes. They are not tied to any O9xxx program. I believe they are tied in to the PMC/Ladder.

Ok, I'm pretty sure they installed a new PLC so they probably changed some stuff.
