Tool Manager Issues

I asked this once before, but Mastercam has been no help, so I figured I'd ask again.  In hopes that maybe someone will see it that didn't the first time.

I'm trying to combine a few different tool libraries using the standalone tool manager, and any time I drag an assembly from one library to the other, I get this error message.

in the first link, the download is dead.  I found the files elsewhere, and get this message now.

I tried to follow the second link, and it said it was "trying to perform an unauthorized operation"...so I might have to get IT involved on this one.

FWIW here is what i needed to modify on my seat :

In ToolManager.exe.config file from C:\Program Files\Mastercam 2022\Mastercam\Extensions

Standard Mastercam 2022

        <assemblyIdentity name="System.Data.SQLite" publicKeyToken="db937bc2d44ff139" culture="neutral"/>
        <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-1.0.77.0" newVersion="1.0.77.0"/>

Tweaked for a SQLserver instance

      <assemblyIdentity name="Microsoft.SqlServer.Types" publicKeyToken="89845dcd8080cc91" />
      <bindingRedirect oldVersion="1.0.0.0-11.0.0.0" newVersion="10.0.0.0" />

Of course, key token/version should be customized to your setup.
