Lathe Post Needs to Output Negative X Values and Swap G2/G3 for Older Mori Lathe

Recommended Posts

I have a post for a Mori lathe, but I need to have it post out negative values in the X and need to swap the G2 and G3s.

I have done some searching and cannot find exactly what I need to modify in my post in order for this to happen. I want to be able to open a MasterCam file and simply change the post and have it post correctly.  I do not want to have to modify the drawing or entities.

I found this in another post, but it doesn't really say what needs change...just where to look.

Can anyone please help me out and let me know what I am looking for and what I need to change in order for this to work?

Thanks.

Most of the settings for reversing sign are in the Machining position turret/spindle array.

After you get the X axis to reverse sign, you will probably find that you will have to change the G2 to G3
